APPA Choir
Hey bloggers today I will be blogging about Choir. We did Choir on the 26th of November. We had our Choir in the city at the town hall. Miss Mcgrath was our Choir trainer and the assistant conductor for Mr Jonathan Lambert also guest conductor Ms Mountcstle. We had to put a lot of commitment into this and we had to make sure we showed up to all the rehearsals. It was hard and fun at the same time. The hard bit was getting to school early and making sure you had everything, the fun bit was that we always sang songs and laugh all the time.
On the night we first sang Dona Nobis Pacem which it literally means Peace. The rest of the songs were good but my favourite one is The Eye Of the Tiger. The best thing about choir is even though the rehearsals are long and sometimes boring I get to sing with my friends and Ayva who is very funny. When we were singing on the night a kapa haka group came on it was so cool to see their pis and sticks. I had such a good time and I am glad that I joined. I would do it again anytime.
