Mmm...That smells good!
Chaírete bloggers! It means hello in Greek! Today I will be blogging about how me and my brother made pork buns! Conroy my brother used to make pork buns in last lockdown and this time I got to help him. This is one of my favourite things to do. First, Conroy made the dough. You have to leave the bowl in hot water for two hours but my brother forgot and left them for a long while longer. Then, my Mum came and helped us with needing the dough. Once that was done we rolled all the dough out and took pieces off and rolled them out. When we finished rolling a piece of dough you add some meat in the middle on kind of fold over the meat with the other ends of the dough. Finally when we finished all the dough and meat we boiled the water and steamed the buns. It takes half an hour to steam then you can eat them. They were delicious!
Hope you enjoyed my blog if you have time please comment below!
Here are some photos!

ReplyDeleteI hope you’re doing well in lockdown. I really like how you explained each instruction clearly. Those pork buns look amazing. I love how you put the recipe on because I REALLY want to try make them. It’s great that you added pictures. Maybe next time, you could add your thoughts of the baking.
Overall, you have done a magnificent job. I am looking forward to reading your other blog posts. See you on Friday’s Dress up google meet. Blog you later!!!
Malo Angelina!
ReplyDeleteYou have done fabulous baking with your siblings! Are you doing alright in lockdown? Well, I love pork buns and they are my favorite! When we come back to school will you bring any for us? You explained everything really well and I like the way you described it.
Maybe next time, you could add what you could improve on the next time you make pork buns. Anyways, you have done a superb job. I am so excited to see you on dress up Friday's on the google meets! See you later!
Malo Angelina,
ReplyDeleteWell - another fun day with your siblings! It's so great to see you working co-operatively and creating something that the whole family can enjoy together. You have recounted the making of the buns clearly. Have you added this to the collaborative slides that have been created to share recipes? How will this look different as a recipe, instead of a recount? Just a reminder to check the online rehearsal schedule for production please. Keep up the amazing work Angelina. Look after each other and stay safe :-)

ReplyDeleteI really like your blog post about Pork Buns. They look really good. My favourite part were the photos.
It reminded me of when I sometimes make bread (which is quite often at the moment) What was your favourite part of them?
Maybe next time you could add a link to the recipe. Also I notice that instead of Kneading you wrote needing.
Amazing blog post Angelina! Keep it up!
