Portraits!!🖌
Kia Ora! Welcome back bloggers. Today I will be blogging about our self portraits. We have been working on making self portraits. We chose different decades to draw like the 90, 70, 60, and the 2000's. We had four different stages. The first stage it to draw your pattern and then paint the patterns. The next stage is to glue the other half of you face on the paper then to dye the background. Next you draw your face of the decade you chose then color. After that you have a complete portraits. I chose the 1920's. Once we finish we display our art in the hall or the classroom. We have fun making them. It takes awhile though. We have fun.
I hope you enjoyed my blog post.

A great blog post Angelina. I like how you have explained the process. My only question is...where is your one? It would be great to see your finished one so we can guess what decade you chose. Keep up the great blogging. Maybe you could do a blog post about being in Lockdown? Miss D
ReplyDeleteA very detailed explanation of the process Angelina, thank you! What an interesting idea, to choose from the different decades - can you tell me more about why you chose the 1920s? It'd be great to actually see your self-portrait, however I like how you have included a celebration of other people's work.
ReplyDeleteIt'd be great to keep blogging about your learning during our time working away from school. I'll look forward to reading your future posts!
Great Job Angie, I love the inclusion of others work but would love to see yours as well.
